Just had a flick through this weeks Auto Express and there's a drive of the run-out tuned Fiesta ST. Still quite a funky, modern looking car and yet Auto Express, as do Autocar, have this silly idea that any car dash over three years old looks dated. Dated? Compared to what? The bridge of the Starship Enterprise? What the hell is all that about?

Hello Kevin, Have been away, now back and yes I agree with that dated thing, hacks jump into a new car every other week and I really do despair. Oddly enough on Thursday i am off to visit the Bristol showroom, no there's a place which knows a dated dashboard!
