If you're looking for a good container to keep a small amount of grease in your tool box, I can recommend Stool Sample Tubes

They have a deep secure cap with multiple sealing rings on it (Well' you'd want that, wouldn't you?) which has a little spoon thing on it, which is handy for applying grease to say, wheel studs.

I get them issued for the school annual medical check, which I usually forget to go to, so I have a few, but I dunno where/if you could buy them.

Keeping a small amount of grease to hand is convenient and avoids getting dirt in your main supply
