Just under a year ago I inherited this..............

For various (electrical) reasons its been off the road since I got it but over the last couple of weeks I finally sorted out its problems. It passed its MoT today with just one advisory so it will be on the road from the 1st June. Surprisingly cheap to insure (200 fully comp) and quite economical for a 4.0 litre engine. I also have a sequential LPG kit to fit when I get the time which will make it a very cheap car to run.

Looks too nice for a banger.....guess the 4L lump makes them almost unsaleable in todays fuel prices. :-)

I've run plenty of Range Rovers in the past and this is frugal in comparison!!

It's not as bad as you may think, when I was last using it I was getting 18 mpg around town and up to 30 mpg on a run. Stick it on LPG and its equivalent is nearly double that.
