didnt read all of it but what a plonker thought to start with it was just someone taking the mick pretending to be the thief but they did do some basic detective work tracking him down via the web shows how much stuff we put online which is scary.

Still love the quote someone said he must burn his ar5e on the light bulb with that women

I know this isn't going to be a popular view but...

I don't believe a word of it. To me it looks like someone with an axe to grind against an individual has posted some anonymous drivel using a searchable forum name and sat back and watched legion after legion of idiots who will believe anything they read on a forum and go to revolting lengths to exact their own twisted version of 'justice'. Terrifyingly easy really.

Even the one and only post made by the so-called thief (which in itself is strange) looks like someone who can speak and write perfectly good English contorting the words to sound like (what they think) a 'chav' would write.

I think the whole thread demonstrates the horrible reality that internet forums and social media bring out the absolute worst in some people.

Anyway, like I said, probably not popular but I think it's important to show the other side of the coin.

Fair enough, I stand corrected.

This sort of thing still annoys me a bit though because a friend of mine got done up like a kipper in exactly the way I described. One malicious post and let the dimwitted amateur Columbos loose on google.

He ended up with a brick through his window.
