Great to see the re-vamped forum up and running. I live in the Highlands, pay even more than you do for fuel, and am partial to the occasional 80's or 90's German luxobarge. I'm a disabled driver and look forward to getting some good banter going. 'mon a' bangers!

Hello and welcome,

A few of my 'older cars' have been to Scotland, love it up there. Have told the wife if you go independent I want to move there Wink I guess the independence question is for another forum!

I have to say I don't know much about disabled driving. The youngest daughter has Downs Syndrome, so with circle of folk we know, we come across some people that have got modified cars. It does seem that there are quite a few options as to how cars can be modified these days.

Yes its great up here, especially if you prefer your rain to hit you from the side rather than from above.

Yes the amount of adaptations available these days is incredible. And the buttons on high spec cars can make a big difference too like electric seats, cruise etc.

I cant take credit for 'bangernomicists' im afraid, I have seen it used in a few articles over the years
